MOBIFORM Software, Inc. announced today they have entered into an agreement with Matrikon, Inc. to utilize pieces of MOBIFORM technology in upcoming versions of Matrikon software products. To protect the strategic advantage of the technology in use and in development, the companies have chosen not to divulge further details.
